VISION - Capacity Building to Support VET Internationalization Strategies Implementation and Further Development (2019 – 2022)
In this project 4 educational institutions from Lithuania (Karaliaus Mindaugo), Finland (Savon koulutuskuntayhtymä), Italy (Essenia UETP) and the Netherlands (Nova College) started a European collaboration to increase the quality of international internships.
The partnership was built on the European project S.P.R.E.A.D., in which a consortium of 6 European organizations exchanged good examples and resources regarding European mobilities. The VISION project went one step further, employees followed 4 training weeks: Quality in mobility projects, Responsibilities of tutors/mentors and intercultural issues management, ECVET: validation and recognition of competences and Soft skills development within geographical mobility).
The acquired knowledge and skills were applied in an exchange of Beauty care students from the various partners.
